[...] Milo is a 7 year old dachsund cross Jack Russell male. This lovely little man was found straying in London and has been stuck in the pound since September as another rescue said they could take him, however in the end they just did not have the room. Milo is really good with other dogs, good off the lead, does pull slightly on the lead, fantastic with all the farm animals which are free range & good with cats. Milo is good in the house, he has had a few little accidents but that is to be expected after all those months in a kennel, he is not a chewer and has not been interested in the bin, is good to be left for up tp 4 hours, however he has a nose and a half and if you leave anything edible out for example wrapped christmas presents with food in, he will have them and when you come back he will roll over in submission as he knows he has done wrong! Milo could either be an only dog or as a companion to another, however as he has only just been castrated he can get a bit excited from time to time with other dogs and try the occasional hump! so you would have to have an understanding dog! He would be suitable with children over the age of 12. Milo is just a lovely natured little boy who loves to go for rides in the car, loves his cuddles and really loves a good walk and play. [...] Louie is a 4 year old male Patterdale cross Jack Russell. This lovely little man was found straying in London and has been stuck in the pound since September as another rescue said they could take him, however in the end they just did not have the room. Louie is really good with other dogs, good off the lead, does pull slightly on the lead, fantastic with all the farm animals which are free range, however he is not good with cats. Louie is currently in our emergency kennel as all our foster homes are full, however he has not chewed and he keeps his kennel very clean and has never messed inside, even when it snowed! Louie could either be an only dog or as a companion to another, however no young energetic dogs as although he likes to play puppies are a bit too much for him and he can get a bit annoyed with them when they just don’t give up. He would be suitable with children over the age of 12 and we would say that he can be left for a maximum of 3 hours until he gets to know you, he is very quiet in his kennel and does not bark or howl when left. Louie is just a lovely natured little boy who loves to go for rides in the car, loves his cuddles and really loves a good walk and play. Louie is fully vaccinated, micro chipped and neutered. [...] Tully is a 6/7 year old male Weimaraner. Tully came in to us in a really bad state, he was abandoned and incredibly skinny to the point he found it hard to walk. He had large lumps hanging down from his chest that were sore and pressure sores from being so thin. Tully has had his lumps removed and thankfully they were just fatty lumps and will cause him no issues, his legs grow stronger everyday and he can finally stand and run like a normal dog, he still has weight to put on but he is getting there. Tully is good with children over the age of 12, he is good with cats and other dogs, is fantastic off the lead, pulls on the lead however he is fantastic in a halti and our dog trainer says that it would not take him long to train him to walk to heal as he loves his food and will do anything for it. Tully is good to be left for 4 hours and is not the brightest button on the planet! Tully is fully vaccinated, castrated and micro chipped. If you can offer Tully forever home then please contact us.
