Rosie – Reserved

Rosie is a 12 week old black and white, domestic shorthair neutered female kitten. Rosie came in to the rescue with her brother Jim, their mum had been left behind when her owners moved and were born in to an empty house. They were found when they were six weeks old. So although they are not feral, they have had very little human contact and are very nervous.

Sadly when they arrived they were diagnosed with a parasite called Giardia, this is very simple to treat with treatment once a day for 5 days. However as you can imagine for kittens that have not been handled by humans to have a change of environment and then a strange lady grabbing you every morning and shoving a disgusting liquid in your mouth, their introduction to humans was not great!!

Well as you can see from the Videos above and below they are coming along nicely and starting to realise that humans are not that bad after all! Rosie is the more confident out of the two, but they are both very much going to be one person kittens, for someone who wants a project and has the time  and patience to show them how wonderful human interaction can be.
