Tabitha Has now found a super home with a previous adopter in Bordon! She is one lucky girl!

Meet Tabitha – Our Tiny Bengal Beauty! 🐆💛

Tabitha is a 3-year-old pedigree brown Bengal and a neutered female. She came into the rescue in June 2025 after her owner was struggling financially. Sadly, this was already Tabitha’s third home, and she was showing signs of stress — toileting in the house and displaying aggression towards humans.

With her previous owner, Tabitha had already raised a litter of kittens and was pregnant again when she arrived at the rescue.

Having cared for many Bengals over the years, we know that these beautiful cats have very specific needs. When stressed, Bengals often show it through behaviours such as aggression or inappropriate toileting. So, the first thing we did was give Tabitha her own quiet room with plenty of space and time to decompress.

It soon became clear that living in a busy multi-cat household — especially as an unneutered female surrounded by males — had been far too stressful for her. Amazingly, within just 12 hours, Tabitha completely relaxed. She became affectionate and trusting, and she has never once toileted outside of her litter tray! (Even when we accidentally switched to a litter she didn’t like — she simply waited until we changed it back, then went straight in and had the biggest pee!)

In July, Tabitha gave birth to three beautiful kittens and has been a wonderful mother. Now that her kittens are grown, it’s time for Tabitha to find a forever home of her own.

We’re looking for a home that ideally has Bengal experience, as she’s a typical Bengal — intelligent, vocal, and full of personality! Tabitha must be an only cat, as she becomes stressed around others. She can live indoors or with safe outdoor access, as she’s not particularly fussy either way.

Tabitha would be happiest in a calm household. She can live with laid-back children, but she absolutely cannot live with dogs.

Tabitha is incredibly affectionate, loves her cuddles, and chats away constantly — she’ll hold full conversations with you! At just 3.5 kg fully grown, she’s tiny, dainty, and full of character — like having a kitten that never grows up. 💕
